When you travel/tour southern england, visit the Tank Museum at Bovington near Lulworth cove in Dorset. You will be impressed. The largest tank museum in the world. Well worth a visit.

Your next trip to Spain (not Benidorm): In the south I really liked Sevilla, Granada and Ronda. In the centre Toledo, Segovia and Salamanca and in the north Santander, San Sebastian and Burgos. All have great food and bars and great for architecture.

Hello James and Helen Maybe you and Helen could visit with upon Dearne in South Yorkshire, in the early 1980s I worked for a building firm called bramble construction from Sheffield. They opened a branch in north London where I lived at the time, I was a truck driver labourer for them. A lot of the staff who worked for them were from Yorkshire. There were some brickies four lads from Yorkshire really lovely friendly lads,😅 I gave them a lift in my truck back home to Yorkshire one of the lads lived in wath. After dropping the other lads off I took this lad from wath home, he took me to his father in laws cafe called picos. Had a lovely meal there very friendly people and while I was eating the owner bought a tray of ale from the pub next door. Great memory of mine Cheers Steve.

Hi James, great to see you out and about enjoying yourself and socializing in your home town, your love of and pride in the place is infectious and I have now added it to my list of days out to do on my tick list !! I have to say most of the music featured was definitely not my cup of tea (your tastes must be much wider than mine!) but I agreed re Hannah Rowe, I will also check her out online. I had to skip forward through the Metallica tribute band, I couldn't name one of their songs and couldn't tell if it was distorted or not - horrible noise !!! ... HOWEVER ... as you enjoyed the vibe of a busy town that hasn't always had good press in the past, with music everywhere inside and outside venues, I think you would enjoy the Margate Soul Festival which takes place on the first weekend in August each year. I've been most years since it started 20 years ago and can only recall one day when it wasn't hot & sunny ! Great vibes, most people 'our age' and a wide variety of musical styles all over the town from classic soul to R'n'B, jazz to reggae, disco to house and much more, all in a wonderful setting by the sea ! Check it out online,I think it would make a great weekend away for you and Helen and you wouldn't have to worry about grabbing one of the hard to find hotel rooms either !!! Saturday & Sunday daytimes are the best parts, so maybe drive down on Friday and back on Sunday evening margatesoulfestival.co.uk/

I was fortunate to grow up in the 80s and this country was brilliant. Now the UK is a hellscape. I never thought id say this however we need to arm ourselves.

Hi, James. You both need to visit Bournemouth and Weymouth, they lovely seaside towns. Lots of Beautiful little villages surrounding them both. Including the new forest with some beautiful Country villages and pubs. Christina.

Don’t bother with Devon and Cornwall, Pembrokeshire coast is much better. Not as busy and less overpriced. Helen would love the Coastal path. Start at Cardigan and head down to Tenby. Lots of places to see along the way.

Just watched your video James, nice and relaxed and like the honesty regarding trying to get footage. You mentioned you and Helen are planning on going to Spain again, end of July. I suggest Barcelona, been there and it's vibrant and full of brilliant places to see and do, such as the Basílica de la Sagrada .

Hey james ,thanks for another brilliant enjoyable vlog .been to malton so many times but never eden camp so must make a visit .yeah £15 is a little steep for cafe pricing . Ideas for the south coast - Littlehampton ,bognor regis,selsey ,Portsmouth. Further along Lymington is nice as is pool harbour and swanage .not sure how far along the south coast you want to go but lyme regis is nice too

I've given up on many of the You Tubers I once watched. Its time consuming and, frankly, , many of them have changed, in a way I dont admire. So I now watch documentaries . That's NOT true of you and Helen, James. I'm binge watching your vlogs and loving them . They're interesting, varied and funny. You're both genuine and lovely people. Don't overdo things and get overtired, or burn out ,is my advice. Your health and happiness come first and foremost. You're my favourite You Tuber by miles. Thank you for your uploads.

Great place, I wish could have spent more time there, but a huge party of schoolkids arrived and were constantly running about screaming and totally out of control by the teachers which spoiled it for me.

I lived in Bishop Aucklandfor 20 years as ex husband was in RAF. My son went to the Eden project with school when he were younger and thoroughly enjoyed it!! (27 now) Divorced now, so been back home in Wales since 2018. Eden looks really interesting and I'd love to read all literearure about war and rations & look in all the rooms. I now live in Barry Island with my partner, there's plenty of great places to visit around South Wales, if you vidit this area im July. From Barry Island, Cardiff Bay, Porthcawl? Swansea and the Gower, Brecon Beacons and many more. If you do come down to Barry Island, give us a shout, we'd love to meet you and Helen for a few drinks!! Just found yr channel--iv no idea how iv missed this,i sub to a few like yours and now you got my sub fella.I was born in Padstow in 1966 fished there for years--"Rock" was a waste land back then-now look at it even Wayne Rooney the football guy lives there--iv no idea why theres sod all there-though is £ accounts go through the Isle of Man--what a shock eh.Nobody likes Mr Stein or his wife in Padstow--they own a LOT of shops an property there-clothes shops-nik nack type shops -he treats is staff like shit--cos me Daughter worked for him--hes never here btw cos of the grief he would get....BUT he does bring in a load of visitors that after spending there hard earned cash in is joints do spend in the town-so that helps us out i guess---so wich way do ya look at it--yes he rips folks off but thousands turn up every here an we all get a bit of pie out of it so to speak---i mean down the road is smack head centrol for fu.k sake! --Anyway great channel fella --i seen a few vids an i will watch em all--well ya now i try to ---i is of lamping now for rabbits -all the best---my wife was from Yorkshire btw--rip Joanne miss ya.

Come to Colchester & see us! Nice castle etc, lots of history. Near clacton ( I know uv been) Walton, Frinton. We went to Sudbury Saturday, haven’t been for years (small market town) Bury st Edmund very nice too, not seaside towns though. Mersea Island (near colchester) Maldon ( famous for sea salt) Tiptree (famous for strawberries & jam factory) all good places. You’ll be coming South as we’re going North, back to Yorkshire to see the mother in law. Fab video as usual, caught up on the Barnsley one earlier… looked great. Love to you both, missing Helen.
